Member Sharing
Rich Miles reminded members never to give up. An email he sent two years ago to a relative (and had forgotten about) was recently answered. Rich learned of famous and interesting relatives, including an Auschwitz survivor.

Marilyn Ayres stated that she was able to look through records in Salt Lake City and hopes to be able to make some connections.

Scholarship Winner
Marilyn Ayres introduced RVGS’ 2025 Scholarship award winner, Lillie Hills. Lillie plans to attend OSU Honors College to pursue biology and pre-veterinary coursework. She also plans to take American Sign Language classes with Western Oregon University. Lillie also brought us cookies, which were a big hit!

Business Meeting Adjourned 1:45 by President Anne Billeter.

Member Kim Thurman presented a well-researched and fascinating program on “Shady Cove People.”
