Call to Order - President Anne Billeter called the meeting to order at 1:31 pm. A total of 24 members were present, comprising 15 in person and nine via Zoom, thereby establishing a quorum. 

Approval of Minutes - Ruth Wade moved to approve the minutes of the October Membership meeting. Loretta Barker seconded. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report – Treasurer Valerie Sanders reviewed the highlights of the Society’s income and
expenses in the past month. There were no questions. See the report on the bulletin board.

Installation of Board Officers 2026 – Ruth Wade installed the Board Officers as follows: President, Frank Marksman; Vice President, vacant; Secretary, Cathy Ullrich; Treasurer, Valerie Sanders; and Trustee, Patt Herdklotz.

Member Sharing –  Anne shared that Cindi Hobson is handing the Rogue Digger over to Meghan Thompson. Anne also noted that the Southern Oregon Magazine has an article featuring RVGS. Frank Marksman revealed that his wife, Anne Plummer, is related to Anne Billeter, and that his first wife was also a relative of the Plummer family. Rich Miles reminded members of the Bottle Drop Incentive running from November 15 through December 2. Ann Baracker updated members on the RVGS coaching program currently under development.

Business Meeting Adjourned - 1:51 pm by President Anne Billeter.

Program – Jeanne Hoadley stepped in to present a program entitled, “Finding a Family for Permelia: Testing the Limits of DNA” in place of Mary Robsman’s scheduled presentation. (Mary was hospitalized at the time and passed away the following day, November 19th.)
