Call to Order President Anne Billeter called the meeting to order at 1:30 pm.  A quorum was declared.  The meeting was in person and via Zoom.

Approval of February Minutes  Loretta Barker moved to approve the March 2024 Member Minutes; Dorothy Cotton seconded. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report  Laurie Gallo presented the Treasurer’s report.

Total income:            $ 2429.20
Total expenses:        $ 3024.97
Net operating income:    $- 175.97
Net income:            $- 159.60

Scholarship Winner Marilyn Ayres introduced our scholarship winner, Fugui Slawta

Member Sharing Cathy Ullrich shared that rather than a mantle clock, she instead inherited a grandfather clock. 

Board Action Anne Billeter shared the vision of the Quilt Committee to write a book documenting our quilt collection and connecting it to local genealogy. It was proposed to use funds from our raffle quilts to fund this endeavor, as well as in grant seeking.

A wonderful presentation was given by Robert Hirning on the ”Transcontinental Railroad.”
