Call to Order President Anne Billeter called the meeting to order at 1:30 pm. A quorum was declared. The meeting was in person and via Zoom.

Katie Haugse moved to approve the June 2024 Member Minutes with corrections; Frank Marksman seconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report Kim Thurman updated the current finances.
Total income: $ 2197.83
Total expenses: $ 6960.14
Net operating income: $-4762.31
Net income: $-4719.27
Nominating Committee Anne Billeter reported that after an exhaustive search, the nominating committee was unable to find candidates for all offices. The current slate of officers are: President - vacant; Vice President - Frank Marksman; Treasurer - vacant; Secretary - Cathy Ullrich; Trustee - Ros Lyne
Anne shared the job descriptions of the vacant offices and recommended that members check the website for full information, and emphasized that all officer positions have support from Board Members and previous officers. Nominations were opened to the floor and none were forthcoming.
2025 Budget Kim Thurman presented a summary of our financial situation. Our budget is a deficit budget. Discussion ensued about how to correct this deficit including items such as possibly cutting subscription websites, increasing dues, seeking grants, involving more people in classes, and/or pulling the distribution from the Endowment Fund of $4159. None of these alone will remedy the budget issue. The budget will be presented to the membership in October to be voted on in November.
Member Sharing Kim Thurman reported that a file that had been delivered to an incorrect address upon a family’s move was able to be returned to the correct family.
