Directors’ Summary Reports
- Education Committee: Barbara Halvorsen & Pat Jenkins – Genealogy Week is being planned for September 17-23. Various classes during the year are now being recorded (with speaker permission) and offered online to paid attendees to watch on-demand. A committee is in the planning stages for a special September program to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our library’s current location.
- Finance: No report
- Membership: Margaret Clark-Mayfield – Total membership stands at 671 individuals.
- Technology & Data Management: Rich Miles – Indexes for funeral records and Josephine County Obituaries, formerly on our old website, are in the process of being uploaded to our current website.
- Library: Anne Billeter – Library was open 25 days/75 hours in May. Total librarian hours worked was 175. Average patron attendance at the library is just under 2 per day.

- Wednesday, September 7, 10:30 a.m. – Noon, CLASS: “Local History & Genealogy Research at the Library of Congress” by Candice Buchanan (Pre-registration will be added to the website in the near future)
