Member Meeting Minutes
16 December 2023
I. Call to Order President Katie Haugse called the member meeting to order at 1:15 pm. A quorum was declared.
II. Katie thanked the Board and Officers for their devoted service to RVGS.
III. Rich Miles installed the Officers for 2024:

- President - Anne Billeter
- Vice President - Frank Marksman
- Secretary - Cathy Ullrich
- Treasurer - Laurie Gallo
- Trustee - Ros Lyne
IV. Anne Billeter welcomed the new Officers for 2024. RVGS still has openings for Publicity, Volunteer Coordinator, Maintenance, Zoom and Owl Set-Up, Bottle Drop, and Finance. Please consider stepping up and/or recruiting others to fulfill these important positions.
V. Adjourned The meeting was adjourned at 1:57 by President Katie Haugse.
VI. Volunteers enjoyed a wonderful repast and socializing with guests and friends.
